Wedding Celebrations Stage 2

Here was the big one. This is the main ceremony, after tonight Trib and Anu would be together. We arrived early to a great wall of colour and sound. It was so interesting to see people arrive and start to get into the mood. It almost felt like the wedding was a footnote to a great party, with music blaring even as Trib and Anu were exchanging ceremonial garlands. This was a huge double wedding with both sisters preparing to tie the knot. The other interesting point was that the wedding was at night, definitely a plus considering the heat.

All dressed up and ready to roll, we decided on the traditional fare, though I'm not sure if I'll ever get to wear it again.

After a couple of hours of eating and drinking soda, juice and water (it was a dry party) the grooms arrived. Being younger, Trib came in second.
